She guided us through a healthy pregnancy without ever causing alarm, ordering excessive tests, or over-prescribing. What truly set her apart was her accessibility; she was always available to answer our questions and ease our concerns, even outside of her demanding schedule.
Pediatric Care with Dr. Maged Ibrahim:
Words cannot express our gratitude for Dr. Maged Ibrahim. In the first month of our baby’s life, we faced two terrifying health scares due to different viruses. Dr. Maged’s expertise was life-saving. He treated our daughter with the tenderness of a father and kept us informed at every turn. We would receive updates from him late at night with any good news, which brought us immense comfort during a very stressful time. He is a brilliant doctor who makes complex issues understandable and less frightening for worried parents.

The wonderful care extended to the entire team. The nurses were attentive, kind, and incredibly supportive, always there to help with a smile. The entire medical staff contributed to a safe and welcoming environment.

Beyond the excellent doctors, the hospital environment itself was top-notch. The entire facility was immaculately clean, and the amenities made our stay comfortable. The food and room service were amazing, which made a huge difference. The entire nursing team was the heart of our experience; they were attentive, kind, and their response time was always great. They took wonderful care of both mother and baby, making us feel completely supported.
On a practical note, we were also very pleased that the hospital process with our Daman insurance was smooth, covering more than 90% of the costs.
